Andrey designs and leads long-term development programs in both corporate and open formats. His core areas include vertical leadership development, team effectiveness, conflict navigation, emotional intelligence, business communication, and contemporary executive assessment.
Before moving into consulting, he served as marketing director at a major media holding and as HR director at a Russian retail company. He was a partner at Odgers Berndtson Russia and founded the consulting firm Networks Gate.
